Best things to use to remove an armpit cyst?

i've had this cyst under my arm for about 4 days now and it is very painful. i have been doing the warm compressions and putting vitamin e oil on it, but that's still not working. anyone have any suggestions for what i can do without popping it. this is the first one i ever got.
