I need help with my love life (or the lack of it)?

Hi, am an attractive and intelligent 27 year old male. Many have told me that I am a good looker, intelligent and a very sweet and nice guy to be with. Unfortunately, this has never resulted in me ever getting successful in love. I had 4 major crushes so far and all of them, it turned out, were already committed to another guy! Seems like am a lucky mascot for all of them, for they've all fallen in love or realized their feelings once they met with me. This has happened with me continuously for the last 5-7 years. What do I do? There seem to be no girls my age range anywhere in my work place or neighborhood and its extremely depressing. I havent had a date in a really long time and the ones I had got cancelled out due to some really exceptional reasons- entire city being shut down due to riots/bomb blasts! I cant believe the kind of luck I am running, but whatever it is, I have been suffering from this. I am still single, have never been kissed, never been with a girl to a disco or a club! I probably had about less than 6 dates so far in the last 10 years. I have been trying hard but everytime I like some girl, she always turns out to be the one who is already taken, or worse still gets taken after she meets with me. This is effecting my health, mental balance and work too. Please help me out!!
