What do i do about a mysterious rash?

i had sex friday with some random girl, then i went swiming the next day. I woke up sunday fealing like **** and had random bug bites on my back. today i am feeling better but now i have random rashes on my genital area, waist, stomak, and armpits. any ideas of what it could be?
