Tiny red dot on my chest, help?

There's this little bitty pinprick sized dot on my right side right below my neck. It's right next to my armpit, and I've been worried about what it could be. I don't have any other ones, and it's been there for a while. I can press it and it'll fade, but then it comes back looking all red again right after a few seconds. Is it anything to worry about, or is it just some weird thing? I'm fourteen, by the way. :\
