What to do after finding the seven sages in pokemon white/black?

So i have caught all the sages in pokemon white, and some online sites claim that you find looker in White forest after doing so, which then leads to N arriving at your doorstep, etc. but is that all a myth? I went to White forest and i could not find Looker so I'm not sure what to do now. Thanks.
