Is this a third nipple?

I have a mole/wart like thing on the inside of my armpit. It is in the middle of my arm pit. I am afraid it mighte be a third nipple. I really want to know what it is since I shave my arm pits, i dont want to damage my third nipple. lol./ it is reddish and points out and if i scratch it , it mighte get itchy. I also have a freckle next to it. I ccan feel this mole thing. But you are not suppose to be able to feel moles righte?
