Awkward girl situation?

First off, find a way to keep in contact with her. Facebook an MSN are good ideas. And then when the timing seems right in a conversation, spill it. Maybe start a conversation directed about where you will be in the future, who you see yourself with, and then if you have your eyes on any one. That is my advice... But I suck at match maker and was never very good at that sort of thing when I was single :/
