Brown discharge from lump in armpit..help!?

Ok this is gross I know but I get cyst (iguess) in my armpit from time to time not sure why..but one kinda popped on its own. I squeezed it and a brown, dry SMELLY discharge ozzed out..what is this brown stuff?? How do I get the rest out? Help
