Horse injury help me please?

I love my mare to death so don't say anyhting bout selling her or putting her down. My mare has old SET chips in her knee. But she wrenched it to weeks ago ive been applying icy hot and it has went down a lot. But she still drag her leg. She recently got showed. And I would like to know if anyone knows how long a wrenched knee takes to heal. And is there anything that can speed up the process.
