How do I get rid of "bridesmaid bulge"(armpit fat) quickly without surgery?

I'm a very slim size 8 and I've never had any body hang ups before. My prom is this Friday and this doesn't look too good in my prom dress :( even if I can't get rid of the fat before Friday, how do I make it go?! Thanks
