I have no boobs and no period! Help!?

Im 13 have no boobs and havent gotten my period. When my mom was 11 she got her period and it was very irregular so in highschool she went on birth control and she went from an A cup to a C! So im thinking i want my period first so i can tell my mom its irregular and go on the pill and then get boobs. Is there any way to get my period?!?!?! Anything to eat drink or do ect. Please dont tell me i dont want it bc i really do! Ive had the discharge for years, hair down there, armpit hair, and ive spotted before. wtf?!
