Icy tower not working?

i got a laptop windows 7 64bit sp1. 4 gigs of ram. intel core i7 2.0ghz 4 core 2630qm. 540gtm graphic card also my default one is intel graphics 3000. i got icy tower 1.4 and 1.5 many of you wouold know this game i was testing out all my games on this new laptop. i noticed that a few old games dont work. but i want to know why icy tower does not work is it because 64bit or windows 7 or something else
