My armpit hurts and there is a lump?

Hi I am age 11, I have a lump about 3/4 of a centimeters it hurts, it's not colored and if I squeeze it a thing comes out! Any clue of what this is (it's not a pimple, the thing that comes out is like brownish yellowish color) Thanks!
