Should I shop in misses or tall sizes?

I'm 5' 8"and my inseam is about 33 or 4 inches. I frequently have problems with my pants being too short, but I've never shopped in the "tall" section. Should I? I also have the same problem with my arms being too long. Their about 26 inches from armpit to fingertips, 20 from armpit to wrist, and about 24 inches from the top of my shoulder to my wrist. What should I do??
