Swollen lymph node under armpit, bruised/swollen ankles, rash, headaches, night sweats & abdominal pain?

I haven't done anything active to get bruised. The rash is a bunch of red tender dots? Ive also been experiencing night sweats and headaches and abdominal pain (usually lower). Anyone have any idea what this might be?
