How can I make my armpit hair grow longer naturally?

I just turned 13....and I have some armpit hair most is light but a very small amount is black....I want to grow more cause most guys in my class have lots.....please don't say stuff like ..' Oh just wait..you'll get more or ' Why would you want more?' I just want to know if there's a way to encourage growth!
